Exercise your whole body – To get rid of the lower belly pooch make sure that you are not just exercising to get rid of it. This means that you should exercise your whole body. It works as a unit and to get rid of the belly, you should still look well-proportioned. You will also stand to benefit greater by keeping your whole body healthy instead of just your core. It will not only make it faster for you to lose your belly but your body will have an equal amount of exercise which means you can burn fat faster and more efficiently
